Process: Email us with order details and photos. We’ll immediately arrange return and send the correct item.

Change of Mind

Time Frame: Within 7 days of delivery

Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories

Process: Request RMA number, pack securely, and ship to our warehouse

Fees: 10% restocking fee may apply, customer pays return shipping

Warranty Claims

Coverage: 1 year from purchase date

What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects, component failures, workmanship issues
